    The customers we are serving now such as PANASONIC, SIEMENS, OMRON,  ENBRACO, TOSHIBA, NIJIKANG, SL POWER, GULF INTERNATIONAL, CHINA CAR GROUP, SHANGHAI MINGZHI, ANHUI HUAYAO, etc. Thanks to the strict requirements of customers, our quality management ability has been upgraded to a higher level, and we have established a long-term cooperative relationship with customers. Our company is awarded as A-level suppliers for consecutive years in customers’ supplier evaluation rankings.

2. CAPACITY SCALE

     More than 1500 employees, more than 60 R&D engineers and 40 quality personnel. Present monthly producing capacity is 8 million pieces, including SMPS transformer, filter, low-frequency transformer, chokes, etc, is the largest manufacturer in northern China. Now we have four Lean producing Lines introduced during April, 2016. which are placing a very important role for small-quantity or urgent orders. Company has automatic workshop, for large-scale orders we can realize through automation, which can further control the producing cost.  

3.  QUALITY ASSURANCE ABILITY

    Complete system certification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 automobile system certification issued by German TUV in 2017.  Some product passed VDE, UL certificate. 

    Advanced raw material inspection equipment, which is countable in the industry. Ensure the main materials (Wire, Core, Bobbin) is fully qualified before on-line. 

    Our quality management ability has been upgraded to a higher level through the cooperation with the customers, the customers’ annual factory audit and system checks provide us with valuable experience. 

    The company set reliable laboratory and RoHS testing room, can provide customers with adequate quality assurance services. 

4. STRONG R&D AND PROCESS  CAPABILITY

    Own electronic transformer R&D center, with more than 60 R&D and design personnel, can provide high-reliable design solution according to customer requirements. The company has 124 national patents, including 10 patents for invention, 56 patents for utility models, 13 patents for design, 41 patents for invention and 1 Copyright for computer software.

    We have special process improvement center, more than 100 processes have been improved in 2018, such as tooling and product manufacturing processes improvement. We have independent die milling workshop, used to improve production line tooling, production and testing equipment, improve production efficiency and product quality.
