From June 5 to 6, 2026, Weihai Dongxing Electronics Co., Ltd. hosted a hands-on special training session titled AI Super Work Methodology: Exponential Efficiency Improvement. Employees from all departments actively participated in the program, leveraging AI technologies to empower daily office operations and advance the company’s digital transformation in depth.

As a high-tech and specialized, sophisticated, unique, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and manufacturing of electronic transformers and intelligent power supplies, Weihai Dongxing Electronics has always attached great importance to upgrading employees’ comprehensive capabilities. This training was designed to address common workplace pain points including low traditional office efficiency, difficulties in content creation, and cumbersome data processing workflows.

The training was delivered by Gong Xun, an expert in AI scenario-based applications. Drawing on extensive practical experience, he delivered systematic teaching centering on high-frequency workplace scenarios. The course outlined the development trajectory of generative AI, compared the strengths, weaknesses and applicable scenarios of mainstream large language models such as DeepSeek, Doubao, Kimi and ChatGPT, enabling participants to select and deploy appropriate models for different work demands.

Focused on practical implementation, the training covered six core modules. The instructor elaborated on the Five-Dimensional Prompt Engineering Method to guide trainees in issuing precise AI instructions; shared ready-to-use templates for workplace documents including weekly reports, project proposals and press releases to streamline writing workflows; demonstrated how to rapidly generate mind maps and flowcharts via Markdown and Mermaid syntax.

In addition, the session covered AI-powered Excel data processing and VBA coding techniques for table splitting, merging and data cleansing, as well as the full workflow of AI image generation and short video production. Targeted solutions were provided to mitigate issues such as model hallucinations and insufficient professional domain knowledge. Trainees were also guided to build personal AI knowledge bases to accumulate and reuse work experience.

Participating employees unanimously commented that the training closely aligned with their job responsibilities, featuring easy-to-grasp skills that effectively cut down time spent on drafting documents, sorting data and designing PPTs.
