In order to improve employees' AI application capabilities and promote the deep integration of technology and job work, Weihai Dongxing Electronics Co., Ltd. recently launched the "U-shaped co-creation - how to apply AI to improve the efficiency of this post work" in the training room on the second floor of the administrative building. This training was delivered by the tutor Li Fei, and employees from various departments of the company participated in the study and discussion. At the same time, employees also shared their AI tools and practical experiences, exchanged skills and experiences in the use of tools, and provided a reference for the standardized promotion and efficient application of AI tools in the future. This training not only helped employees systematically sort out the ideas and methods of AI efficiency improvement, but also built a cross-departmental experience exchange platform, effectively stimulating employees' enthusiasm to actively embrace digital tools.
