From July 17th to 19th, 2025, Dongxing Group organized a three-day specialized training on "APQP & PPAP". This training invited senior quality management expert Li Rongchun as the main speaker. This training is an important part of Dongxing Group's "Quality Foundation Plan" for 2025. Starting from the deepening application of APQP and PPAP, it will gradually promote the full coverage of core tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control), and build a preventive quality management system. At the same time, it will optimize the PPAP submission standards for suppliers to lay the foundation for the annual strategic customer audit.
