Since its formation on September 11, 2023, the Transformer Flat Panel Project Promotion Team has initially mastered the basic project processes, the use of various tools and forms through the training and guidance of the consultant.

    In order to better pass on the project management methodology, the project promotion team launched the first teacher-apprentice activity in December, with the first project team members as teachers, each with an apprentice. Each teacher, according to the consultant's requirement of "talk to him, show him, let him do it", utilized the rest time and the communication and teaching of the work process to teach what they had learned to the apprentice they had taken.

    On December 19th, Ms. Li Xiaomin of Puzi Consulting Company conducted on-site examination and project knowledge review for the first phase of master and apprentice, and finally Zhang Junhua of Transformer Planning Center won the Excellent Apprentice Award, and Wang Lili of Planning Center won the Excellent Master Award. The first phase of project management training course of Transformer Manufacturing Company was successfully completed!
