According to the current stage of development needs of Dongxing Group Company, the Group has decided to establish the Dongxing Remuneration Committee.

Duties of the Dongxing Remuneration Committee: 

1、Responsible for evaluating the salary structure and salary level of the leaders and employees of the Group; 

2、To formulate the overall remuneration policy of the Group and to supervise the implementation of the remuneration system.

The remuneration team of Dongxing Electronics, responsible for making comments and suggestions on the remuneration policy of employees, and conducting analysis and reports on the remuneration structure and remuneration levels of employees.
