On March 9, due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Weihai that our home was suddenly stopped, which disrupted our original orderly production plan.  Weihai Dongxing Electronics company took the lead after realizing that the pandemic could lead to multi-day production cuts.  

On March 10, part of the accommodation staff, began to hand knitting workshop to produce customers urgently needed hand knitting products;  On March 11, the lodging staff was organized to produce transformer products in the transformer workshop, but the work was suspended after only one day.  In order to meet the urgent needs of customers, on March 13, transformer company decided to move production lines, equipments, instruments and materials from east factory to west factory workshop.  On the evening of March 13, the person in charge of each center made statistics of the list and position of the staffs in each department through wechat and telephone.  Determined according to the production plan, to move the materials, assembly line and equipments and instruments, and made a detailed division of labor to move work.  

In the morning of March 14th, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the relocation, the one who took his luggage and moved to our company, the manager Li Jun, head of the lean Production Center of the company, who led the whole process of the relocation.  Manager Li Jun led the engineers of the R&D, responsible for the workshop site planning and assembly line, equipments, instruments, workbench, work bench installation in place;  Engineers in lean Center are responsible for ensuring pipeline circuits and air pipes are in place;  The monitor of the manufacturing Center led the staff, responsible for loading and unloading vehicles of equipments, instruments, tooling and assembly line, confirming and moving the needed materials to the west factory;  Yu Dapeng of the transport team drives a forklift on a part-time basis.  They worked together, upstairs and downstairs, loading and unloading, handling, assembly line, installation and debugging circuit and equipment and instruments, etc., in just one day, they completed the handling of 250,000 products and materials, more than 100 equipments and instruments and several fixture.  On the second, third and fourth floors of the West factory, one winding line, one assembly line, five packaging lines, three printing lines, one back line as well as a number of dispensing worktables, wiring worktables and fingerprinting worktables were installed in place, ensuring that the transformer workshop started smoothly in the west factory on March 15.  

What is particularly commendable is that after the assembly line was relocated in place, from March 15 to March 24, all the dormitory staffs of transformer Company actively participated in the production of the workshop under the condition that they got up early and walked out to do nucleic acid as required.  In particular, the employees who have married and live in the dormitory on Shenyang Road do not complain about the difficult living conditions and being away from their families.  

In the face of the epidemic crisis, the transformer company team did not wait passively, but reacted quickly, rose to the challenge, tried all means, the first to resume production, proving that they are a high-quality, can fight a tough team.  These employees who have the courage to retrograde at the critical moment, are not afraid and dare to take responsibility, are the valuable wealth of transformer company, they are our examples to learn!
