In order to better control the quality of raw materials from the source, Quality Control Center of the main raw material skeleton in 2021 adverse situation analysis, summed up the skeleton quality of the three problems: poor size, burr problem and poor PIN (PIN short and PIN oxidation).  

On February 28th, The Quality Control Center organized the Production Assurance Center and the key skeleton suppliers to discuss and summarize the following control measures and requirements in terms of three key issues and specific adverse conditions in 2021:  

1. Unified skeleton size technical requirements and skeleton mold periodic point inspection cycle requirements.  

2. Burr and die line management requirements.  

3. CP line storage and first-in, first-out management and PIN short and oxidation process management requirements.  

4.  Consistency of delivery inspection report requirements.  

This special exchange meeting, which aims to help suppliers improve product quality from the perspective of advance prevention, which has been affirmed and recognized by suppliers.  In 2022, the Quality Control Center will adopt this approach, analyze and communicate with key suppliers about the control requirements and plans of key quality problems, and follow up with the implementation, in order to achieve the raw material quality management goals of transformer companies in 2022, laying a solid foundation.
